1. Patient management database system: This application works comfortable over multiple locations. 2. Portal for all patients: All patients get secure access to self-service functions like appointment taking, request for second opinion, etc and also the entire demographics of the patient. The wiki-site is geographical focused and has extensive information on healthcare, especially doctors, healthcare providers and hospitals. The information is organized based on the countries it is classified under and other details specific to the category. Users can even post their comments, rate the facility, doctor or healthcare provider under discussion. There is a 5-star rating which is given to each of the individual factors like Hospital Environment, Experience, Hospital process, Doctors’ care and nurses’ care et al when the rating concerns that of a hospital. All the articles posted and modifications or comments that are made must adhere to the editorial guidelines of consideration and impartiality.

The product is designed and developed by Laitkor’s healthcare and technology experts in order to fill the demand for a dependable application which keeps a track of the patient’s well-being and allows management of the patient health by care-givers and healthcare providers remotely.
The prime users of the product are the administrator and staff including Customer Care Operatives, Health Care Assistant and Senior Management of the hospital.
By utilizing this service, hospitals get to provide a very critical additional service to patients. The monitoring device can be set up at the patient’s home and all the medical treatment can be administered as and when required. Until then, appraisal tracking has been taken care of through numerous documents and an elaborate filing system primarily using an MS Excel based indigenous data and information organizing system. With the growth in business and the subsequent increase in the number of Appraisals, this ‘indigenous’ system started becoming unmanageable. Hence, came up the need for a sophisticated and fast appraisal tracking and appeals management system.
The team has given the client a complete panel for appeals management whereby the application efficiently maintains and manages the complete details of both the Owner and Contact Person.
The appeals management application with the functionality of appeals tracking is to be installed on the LAN and the entire office users will be having an access to it through a private address.
