Integrate HubSpot API's in website

They were looking for a Hubspot expert to help them set up and customize an integrated CRM to suit our customer and workflow needs. The clients were a full-service accounting and book-keeping practice and also performed outsourced services to enable their customers to focus on growing their business. The client was using a stack of apps including G-suite, Slack, Deputy, Xero, Acuity Scheduling, Gravity Forms, Data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio and Sisense, RPA - UiPath. 

The client was about to start the process of rebuilding their website and They thought of using WordPress because of worthy automation plugins.

Detailed Requirements

Automate as much as possible of their workflows and processes using their apps, then combine them together with API connections into a BPM platform to achieve end-to-end automation. Internally, they were going through the process of documenting all of the services, tasks, and sub-tasks and were developing process flows.

They were looking for a proficient Hubspot user who could help them set up and customize their newly created HubSpot account with some visions in mind. They were interested to know about all the features of HubSpot so that they could maximize the use within the practice, and make integrations with other applications to achieve automation.

Our Approach

• We called HubSpot API from PHP, as well as javascript, and created contacts from external web events. 

• We set up workflows to trigger email sending and other processes on the detection of custom attributes on newly created contacts.

• We also connected some metrics to the Hoopla dashboard from HubSpot CRM.
