Overview

The project was to build a help desk application using an MS Azure SQL back end. There were sections like categories, products, operations, Symptoms and Issue description. The help desk application helps in raising a ticket on the basis of selection of entities from these sections.

There were two logins: admin and users. The admin can create users, tickets and data entities and User can do everything except creation of user.
